The location here is fantastic, close to restaurants and a zoo, in a beautiful area with spacious rooms that pleased us with enough space for coffee.

It had marvellous location, just next door to Bosques de Palermo. Plus it was 5 mins drive from Victoria Ocampo.

Our room was well-equipped, brand-new, with comfortable beds, kitchenettes plus a balcony.

The location of this place in Palermo district is amazing, very close to the airport, and in a very good area, with units for making coffee in the rooms.

The deluxe room was luxurious and brand-new for coffe. A microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a refrigerator were a plus. Central location really close to airport and restaurants and lovely parks, it was in a good area.

I really loved staying in the deluxe room here! It had a kitchenette which was super handy, and the view of the woods was so peaceful 😊 the location was awesome too - lots of restaurants nearby and even a zoo close by.

The room was dirty, there was a stove but no cooking utensils, not even bowls or spoons, staff were rude, a $390 security deposit was taken without me knowing, sauna was not always ready for use, staff stingy with replacing toiletries, reception called room at late hours, cleaners entered room unannounced after room had already been cleaned hmmm, no toilet in reception, had to ask for assistance with bags, tea towel not replaced when I asked and was clearly dirty, staff made a fuss when I asked for mini bar to be emptied, did I really have to explain I'm an alcoholic? I feel very angry overall with my experience.

The location and the room size.

The hotel make a mistake. I booked 2 rooms using extra beds. In the first toom we had 1 extra bed for 7 days and in the second anothe extra bed for 5 days. The problem is the hotel insist to receive for 7 days extra bed in the both room. I don't want to pay more than I must to pay. Probably I will need to come back to the hotel, unfortunately, to dissolve the problem. I was in the hotel with my family for 7 days and I thought that I could trust in the hotel, but now???

Our room was great, it had everything we needed and it was all new. We even had a balcony! the staff were really friendly and helpful. the location of this place was awesome, near all the best restaurants, Palermo, and the Japanese gardens. 🌿

I thought the facility was immaculate. It was definitely worth the price and has been the best hotel I have stayed in thus far.

Café/pastry shop has slow and indifferent staff, but breakfast was good.
